Join a mission-driven team as a School-Based Occupational Therapist , where your passion for pediatrics and education meets a collaborative, values-based workplace. In this role, you'll provide school-based occupational therapy services as prescribed by a physician-working alongside educators, families, and interdisciplinary care teams to help children meet their developmental and academic goals.

You will conduct annual school screenings, complete evaluations, develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs), and deliver interventions that support meaningful progress within each student's daily routine. Families are encouraged to participate in the therapy process, and your expertise will help guide them in continuing care at home.

• Collaborate with educators, care teams, and families to promote carryover into daily routines

• Integrate evaluation findings with interdisciplinary team input for comprehensive student care

• Document progress, update plans of care, and participate in IEP meetings

• Promote participation in age-appropriate activities and functional independence in school settings

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program

• Current or pending state licensure as an Occupational Therapist

• Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills

• A passion for working with pediatric populations in educational environments
