We are seeking a Research Assistant Intern to support our recruiting and business development efforts. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sourcing, market research, and client development while working alongside an experienced recruiting team.
Conduct online research to source potential candidates for open roles using LinkedIn, Indeed, job boards, and other tools
Build targeted talent pipelines across multiple industries
Assist with market research to identify industry trends and competitive insights
Support business development by researching potential client leads and identifying hiring opportunities
Maintain and update candidate and client data within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Collaborate with recruiters to prioritize high-demand roles and speed up the time-to-fill process
Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Comfortable using LinkedIn, job boards, and online research tools
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks
Interest in recruiting, staffing, or human resources is a plus
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
