Job Description

Project Coordinator applicants must have 3+ years’ experience in Architecture or construction and a Professional Design Degree or equivalent degree or training. In this position, the applicant is responsible for managing multiple projects through development, design, and construction.
Responsibilities

• Work with production team to complete construction documents
• Complete code review and project submittals with minimal supervision
• Coordination with engineers and consultants
• Technical proficiency with BIM, Revit, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office Suite and other applications
• Manage multiple project deadlines with consultants and production team
• Occasional onsite observation of work during C.A.
• Meet with regulatory authorities and parties as necessary
