What You'll Do:

Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce insurance products and services.
Identify and qualify leads by gathering relevant client information.
Educate prospects about available insurance options and answer basic inquiries.
Follow up on leads from marketing campaigns and referrals to schedule appointments.
Maintain and update prospect and client databases.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and agency guidelines.
Provide regular reports on call activity, lead generation, and appointments scheduled.

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service (insurance industry experience is a plus).
Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
Comfort using CRM software and managing customer interactions.
Ability to handle objections and maintain motivation.
Organized and detail-oriented with strong follow-up skills.
A professional and friendly phone demeanor.
