We are looking for the best We are seeking a hands-on, cross-functional E/E Systems Integration Engineer to lead and execute the integration, validation, and troubleshooting of vehicle electronic systems across domains such as infotainment, connectivity, body controls, and ADAS. This role will work closely with software, validation, functional safety, and product teams to ensure seamless system behavior across ECUs and feature sets.
The ideal candidate is a strong generalist with experience in both testing and system-level diagnostics, and can coordinate across teams to drive integration maturity from early development through SOP.
Responsibilities - Lead E/E system-level integration activities across domains such as infotainment, connectivity, body control, ADAS, and diagnostics
- Translate vehicle-level requirements into actionable system integration plans and interface specifications
- Develop and execute test plans for labcar, bench, and vehicle-level validation
- Perform root cause analysis using tools such as CANalyzer, CANoe, Wireshark, Bluetooth sniffers, and Linux/Android logs
- Identify and resolve interface issues across CAN, LIN, Ethernet, BLE, and wireless communications
- Support failure analysis and DFMEA reviews across multi-ECU features
- Act as a bridge between software, hardware, validation, and system teams to ensure alignment and issue resolution
- Support power management integration (sleep/wake), state machine testing, and cross-domain signal flows
- Drive issue triage and resolution in cross-functional teams using issue tracking tools (e.g., Jira, confluence, codebeamer, jama)
Minimum Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or a related engineering field
- 5+ years of experience in automotive systems integration, testing, or validation
- Strong working knowledge of ETH, CAN, UDS, and network-level debugging tools
- Hands-on experience with in-vehicle testing, labcar validation, or SIL/HIL environments
- Ability to interpret and troubleshoot vehicle E/E architecture at a signal level
- Excellent communication skills and cross-functional collaboration capabilities
- Familiarity with ISO 26262, ASIL, and system safety concepts
Preferred Qualifications - Experience in startups or fast-paced product development environments
- Familiarity with Android Automotive, embedded Linux, or telematics platforms
- Understanding of power management concepts in EVs (sleep/wake, domain control)
- Experience building test infrastructure or automation scripts
- Prior exposure to program management or system-level ownership roles
