SUMMARY: This position oversees the smooth operation of the park as well as supervising all staff in your respective department as well as other departments when needed. Supervisors must have friendly and helpful customer service skills as well as problem solving skills to deescalate any issues that may arise during a guest’s visit or for an associate. Supervisors must be able to hold themselves accountable as well as associates and set a good example for smooth operation.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts and percentages.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Customer service and/or hospitality experience preferred
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write simple correspondence and complete reports detailing customer interactions. Ability to effectively present information and give directions with customers and employees.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions in both written and verbal form. Ability to deal with problems involving many variables.
