Job Description

We are looking for a talented School Psychologist to join our team for the school year.

We are hiring a full time School Psychologist for the 25-26 school year to work with children from birth to 5 years old.

Hourly Rate Range: $59.00-$67.00

Responsibilities would include:

  • Conduct psychological assessments to evaluate students’ cognitive, academic, and social-emotional needs.
  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and 504 Plans.
  • Provide individual and group counseling to support student mental health and behavior.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and special education teams to develop intervention strategies.
  • Participate in IEP meetings, student evaluations, and crisis intervention as needed.
  • Maintain confidential records and documentation in compliance with Oregon Department of Education (ODE) and IDEA guidelines.
  • Provide training and consultation for staff on mental health, behavior management, and student wellness.
  • Support students with social skills development, self-regulation strategies, and behavioral interventions.

 

Required Qualifications:

  • Master’s or Doctorate in School Psychology from an accredited program.
  • Oregon School Psychologist License (issued by the Oregon Teacher Standards and Practices Commission – TSPC).
  • Nationally Certified School Psychologist (NCSP) preferred.
  • Fingerprint Clearance & Background Check required.
