What You'll Do

As a  Pure Barre Instructor , you will lead clients through innovative, high-energy workouts designed to challenge and inspire. You'll bring your passion for movement, music, and motivation into every class,  creating a one-of-a-kind experience that keeps members coming back.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead dynamic and precise Pure Barre classes that follow our signature method and choreography
• Memorize class formats and transitions to ensure seamless, professional delivery
• Adapt and modify exercises for a wide range of fitness levels and abilities
• Maintain strong rhythm and timing to guide members through an effective and energized workout
• Cultivate an inclusive, motivating atmosphere that helps members feel seen, supported, and successful
• Engage with members before and after class , building strong relationships that fuel our community

What Were Looking For

• Experience in  barre, ballet, dance, cheerleading, fitness instruction, or education
• Strong memorization skills and musicality,  you're confident keeping time and moving with the beat
• Charisma and leadership,  you know how to light up a room and connect with people
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A genuine passion for fitness, wellness, and helping others thrive
