Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physician Assistant to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a primary care setting. This role requires a strong foundation in medical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals.

Duties

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and physical examinations.
• Perform diagnostic evaluations and develop treatment plans based on clinical findings.
• Administer medications and injections as needed, ensuring adherence to aseptic techniques.
• Manage acute pain.
• Document patient information accurately using EMR systems.
• Provide education to patients regarding health coaching, nutrition, and disease prevention.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations while managing medical records and patient data.

Experience
Candidates should possess the following qualifications:

• Experience in various medical settings, primary care a plus
• Familiarity with ICD-9/ICD-10 coding and CPT coding for accurate billing practices.
• Proficiency in performing procedures such as suturing, phlebotomy, catheterization, and IV infusion.
• Experience with telehealth services is a plus.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $100,750.62 - $121,334.08 per year

Expected hours: 20 – 32 per week
