Job Summary: Cerritos NISSAN is seeking an experienced NISSAN Sales Consultant to join our team in Cerritos, California. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for selling new and used vehicles to customers while providing exceptional customer service. This is a full-time commission position in the auto industry, and it is an individual contributor role. Responsibilities:

• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals and customer satisfaction targets
• Build and maintain relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences
• Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle for their lifestyle and budget
• Conduct test drives and provide product demonstrations to potential customers
• Process and file paperwork accurately and efficiently during and after the sales process
• Keep up-to-date on current and new products, features, and accessories
• Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage future business
• Continuously improve sales skills and product knowledge through training and mentoring
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as industry and legal standards

Requirements:

• Previous experience in automotive sales is required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-focused with a passion for providing exceptional service
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Proficient computer and technology skills
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• High school diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred
