Salary: $45,760 - 45,760 per year Requirements:
- We prefer candidates who are college graduates.
- You should have at least two years of experience working as a Membership Analyst.
Responsibilities: - I will rely on you to apply your technical and operational expertise to our membership process, serving as the subject matter expert for HOME and the Roster.
- You will coordinate major corporate reorganizations, mergers, and acquisitions to ensure that HOME accurately reflects the updated COID hierarchy and GROUP/DIVISION/MARKET structure, while also guaranteeing that Service Line engagements are thoughtfully structured in HOME.
- Collaboration with IT&S will be essential as you provide both technical and operational solutions for new HOME requirements.
- You will manage significant changes to HOME, SSR, and the Roster in partnership with IT&S and handle open work requests.
- You'll be drafting new IT&S Work Orders related to HOME, SSR, and the Roster and working closely with HPG IT&S to suggest and prioritize improvements to the HOME system, serving as the main contact for system enhancement testing.
- Participation in vendor webinars will be necessary, as well as writing system user guides.
- You will train and develop new membership employees on systems, forms, and processes related to membership.
- Additionally, it will be your responsibility to manage changes, additions, and deletions within the HPG/CoreTrust membership database, ensuring that processes and timelines are properly established.
- You'll collaborate with the Rebate team and vendors to ensure membership lists accurately reflect HPG member data for fee reporting.
- Serving as project manager for reorganization initiatives will also be part of your role.
- Training new Account Directors and Managers on membership forms and processes will be required.
- You'll work alongside the Legal and Pharmacy Integration Manager to enhance workflow, and you'll create and update membership processes for HPG, Advantage Trust, and CoreTrust as needed.
- Responding to routine vendor inquiries via email or phone will be expected, as well as conducting membership data audits to maintain data integrity.
- You'll review the Generate Disproportionate Shared Hospital and Critical Access Hospital lists for pharmacy suppliers and wholesalers, ensuring qualified members receive Medicare reimbursements.
- Participating in GS1’s conference calls, seminars, and webinars is also part of your duties, including collaborating with other GPOs to provide training materials for the GLN user guide.
- You will act as backup for the GLN Editor or GLN Approver role pertaining to company GLN assignments and maintenance, while working with other GPOs to minimize GLN duplication in the GS1 registry.
- Leading and assisting in the New Member Implementation Rostering Workstream is another responsibility.
- You will also lead weekly IT&S HOME/Raft and SSRS meetings and generate a monthly summary membership report for executive management.
- Maintaining the cross-reference of members between ROI membership and the two rosters will be part of your ongoing tasks.
