Job Description A client of ours is looking to hire a Lead Technician in Foley or Spanish Fort, AL to assist with multiple projects that were recently awarded. The selected candidate will oversee installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting over various systems. This role requires strong leadership abilities, technical experience, and excellent communication skills The chosen candidate will need a clean enough record to pass a background check. There is an opportunity within the crewandcompany to travel to work projects, mainly military sites, all over the USandsome other countries. Anywhere from 3weeks-7months(with time back of course). However, traveling is NOT required for this position, just an option. Hours are typically 7-3:30 CST. The hours can shift slightly depending on what is going on that day or the next. Overtime is available from time to time depending on the work production, job,andschedule, but not every week. Skills and Requirements Ability to perform non-technical and technical tasks un-supervised 2-5 years of relevant field experience Correct deficiencies without supervision Maintain accountability and serviceability of tools, equipment, and materials Test every newly installed or relocated cable in accordance with established procedures Display Basic troubleshooting knowledge Discuss pathways, spaces, bonding, grounding, and fire stopping.
