Job Description

We are seeking skilled Electricians (LME, PJ, J) to join our operations team in Albany, OR . This role involves rotating shifts, including days, nights, and weekends, with a flexible schedule based on business needs. Expect a dynamic work environment with a variety of daily tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot, maintain, test, and repair electrical and mechanical systems.
• Work on equipment such as PLCs, AC/DC motors, transformers, circuit breakers, control panels, lighting, power distribution systems , and more.
• Collaborate across departments to ensure maintenance and repairs are completed efficiently, supporting production goals and operational success.

What We’re Looking For:

Qualifications & Skills:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Oregon Electrician’s License (LME, PJ, J).
• AC & DC motor control experience (including drives) required.
• Strong electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Experience using standard test and troubleshooting equipment (DMM, VOM, Megger, etc.).
• Ability to troubleshoot PLCs (Allen Bradley Control Logix) .
• Industrial mechanical millwright experience preferred; must be willing to perform millwright duties as needed.
• Familiarity with CMMS systems is a plus.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook .
• Ability to work at heights and in physically demanding environments.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
• Willingness to work extended hours and rotating shifts as required.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to navigate the facility, including climbing stairs and ladders and working around equipment and machinery.
• Ability to bend, stoop, and crouch as needed for inspections and maintenance.
• Capability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds .
• Endurance to stand and walk for extended periods in environments with dust, chemicals, high noise levels, and varying temperatures.
