Hardware Salesperson Location: Marco Island Job Type: Full-time / Part-time Industry: Retail / Hardware & Tools Are you passionate about tools, building materials, and helping customers find the right solutions? Join our team as a Hardware Salesperson and be part of a dynamic, customer-focused environment! What You’ll Do:

• Greet customers and assist with product selection
• Provide expert advice on hardware, tools, paint, plumbing, and building supplies
• Maintain store displays and ensure stock levels are up to date
• Process sales and handle customer inquiries with professionalism

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong knowledge of hardware products and DIY projects
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Previous retail or hardware store experience preferred
• Reliable, organized, and a team player

Why Join Us? • July 3rd 1976, my wife Debbie and I began a three-day honeymoon at the Marco Beach Hotel (now the Marriott). Twenty days later we took over the hardware store here. Since then, our love, our family, our business, and our town has grown in many ways. Back then, we were newlyweds, madly in love. Now we are empty nesters and still madly in love. Back then, we had no children. Now we are the proud parents of three wonderful daughters, 2 great son-in-laws, and now two grand babies. Back then, our store was only a little store in the shopping plaza. Now, we have our big store on East Elkcam Circle. Back then, there was only one traffic light in all of Marco. Now --- don't get me started about our roads. Over these many years, it has been you, our friends, that have made our business so fun to run.
