About the job Director of Restaurant Operations Our Client's Company consists of 5 casual theme restaurants with 4 food and beverage operations located on Martha's Vineyard and 1 operation located in Falmouth MA. Currently another café brewery restaurant under consideration for 3.5-million-dollar expansion. I am responsible for all restaurant profit and loss, strategic planning, business and marketing plans, hiring, training and certifying employees, evaluations, menu development, service standards, ordering, new concept development and guest and employee satisfaction standards, reports directly to the CEO. Benefits: The salary is between the $80,000-$100,00 range, is negotiable and based on a forty-hour work week and paid in conformance with the Company's customary payroll practices. This position will be eligible to receive an annual incentive bonus based upon performance goals. In addition to salary, our Client will provide reasonable housing that will be company sponsored until September of 2022. The company will review salary and housing in September 2022 based upon performance. 401K after one year of service, company matches up to 3% The company offers medical and dental insurance after completion of ninety days of continuous service. The company will contribute up to 75% of the cost of the medical and dental insurance benefits. The company offers a Health Reimbursement Account (HRA), which reimburses the second portion of the medical deductible. The new hire will be eligible for two weeks' vacation in the first full year of employment. Vacation time accrued will not be used before the sixth month of employment without prior approval. Disability and other benefit plans to the same extent as, and subject to the same terms, conditions, and limitations applicable to, other Company employees of similar rank and tenure.
