About the Role: Demand Generation Manager
We are seeking a results-driven Demand Generation Manager to lead the charge in attracting, engaging, and converting our target audiences. In this role, you'll develop and execute data-driven strategies across SEO, paid advertising, marketing analytics, email campaigns, and more. This hands-on position is perfect for a self-motivated, detail-oriented professional with a strong work ethic and a knack for getting things done.
This is a fully remote role, but candidates must be available to work from 8 AM to 5 PM Pacific or Central time zones.

Key Responsibilities
SEO Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to enhance organic search rankings, drive traffic, and generate high-quality leads.
Paid Advertising: Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns to maximize ROI through effective targeting, compelling ad copy, and landing page testing.
Google Tag Management: Ensure accurate tracking and analytics by overseeing the implementation and maintenance of Google Tag Manager.
Marketing Analytics: Build dashboards to monitor KPIs and campaign performance, providing insights to refine strategies.
Full-Funnel Forecasting: Create models to predict lead generation, pipeline contributions, and conversion rates.
HubSpot Administration: Manage workflows, lead scoring, automation, email campaigns, and maintain database hygiene.
Email Marketing: Design and optimize email templates, nurture sequences, and targeted campaigns to drive engagement.
Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, and marketing teams to align goals, messaging, and performance metrics.
A/B Testing: Conduct experiments across marketing channels to boost effectiveness.
Budget Management: Allocate and manage the demand generation budget efficiently to maximize campaign performance.
Industry Awareness: Stay up-to-date with trends in inbound marketing, digital marketing, and industry developments.
Other Duties: Tackle additional responsibilities as assigned.
What You'll Bring
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).
7+ years of experience in demand generation, digital marketing, or similar roles. A portfolio showcasing previous work is required.
Proven ability to deliver results through multi-channel campaigns.
Strong communication skills—oral, written, and presentation—suitable for diverse audiences.
Analytical expertise with a focus on metrics and tools like HubSpot.
Detail-oriented with excellent project management skills.
A creative, strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Self-starter with a high sense of urgency and strong organizational skills.
Comfortable with learning and adapting to new tools and technologies.
Preferred Skills
Experience in the legal or SaaS industries; agency experience is a plus.
Knowledge of multi-touch attribution models.
Certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, or HubSpot.
