Job Description

We’re seeking a detail-oriented Contract Administrator to support our project management team. This role is vital in coordinating contract and compliance documentation, ensuring accurate reporting, and keeping projects moving smoothly.

What You’ll Do:

• Prepare bid packages, subcontracts, purchase orders, and contract documents.
• Manage pay applications, insurance certificates, bonds, and tax-exempt certificates.
• Track and submit month-end reporting and compliance documentation (B2G, ERPS, prompt pay, etc.).
• Support project managers with contract administration and data entry.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Adobe, PowerPoint).
• ERP experience (Viewpoint preferred).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Bilingual (Spanish) a plus.

Education & Experience:

• Degree preferred but not required.
• Prior contract administration or related construction office experience highly valued.
