We are looking for a dedicated CRO Strategist to join our Analytics & Optimization team. As an Optimization Strategist, you will work closely with our Clients to provide analysis, strategy, and process consulting related to A/B/MVT testing, personalization, and conversion rate optimization initiatives aimed at optimizing customers' online experience and improving digital ROI. You will also be working closely with internal engineering teams to execute and implement these optimization programs.

This is the Job:

  • Identifying and prioritizing opportunities for website testing, personalization, and usability improvements, through both qualitative and quantitative analysis.
  • Building testing plans that include hypotheses with corresponding goals and benchmark, detailing how the test should be executed, designs & changes, etc.
  • Providing mock-up examples of recommended design and copy changes. Experience using browser developer tools to quickly demo an idea Is a plus.
  • Performing quality assurance of optimization/personalization programs set up by our internal engineering team.
  • Preparing and/or presenting analyses, learnings, and next steps to key business stakeholders and Clients.
  • Continuously growing and innovating of our Clients’ testing & optimization practices. You will be building close working relationships with Clients and by gaining a deep knowledge of their business and their customers.
  • Lead trainings and build knowledge centers including topics such as: introducing UX & CRO, outlining best practices, examples of past learnings, and more advanced personalization program strategies.
  • Staying on top of the latest industry best practices, trends, and offerings to share both internally and externally.

This is you:

  • A strong drive to be in Client-oriented environments where above-average communication, collaborative, critical thinking, active listening, and project management skills are a baseline.
  • Thrives in the fast pace of a nimble digital agency that demands outstanding deliverables while rising to the ever-evolving challenges of the digital space.
  • 2+ years' experience in testing and personalization using tools like Adobe Target, Optimizely, Monetate, etc. Adobe Target Business Practitioner certification is preferred, or ability to receive within 3 months from start date.
  • An eye for making presentations tell the story in a beautiful, exciting, and actionable way.
  • A background in building and analyzing reports within digital analytics tools, such as Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, etc. Experience working with data visualization tools such as PowerBi, Google Data Studio, or Tableau Is a plus.
  • Previous media agency experience or has worked in an environment similar to an agency where they are reporting to multiple stakeholders on a regular basis is desired.
  • Experience managing work: account management and project management skills are strongly preferred. Your task-oriented discipline lends towards your ability to manage concurrent, competing priorities across Clients.
  • Analytical, quantitative, and critical thinking skills. The successful candidate enjoys solving complex problems.
  • An eye for quality control and is exactingly detail oriented.
