Hillcrest Healthcare is a skilled nursing facility located in a beautiful, rural setting NW of Nashville. Hillcrest Healthcare's facility and equipment is clean and well maintained by staff--many of whom have worked at the facility 10+ years. CNA to resident ratios is consistently better than those in many other facilities in the area and the acuity level is low. Hillcrest Healthcare, a skilled nursing facility in Ashland City, TN is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant. This position is 12-hour shifts. There is day shift and night shift availability. NO WEEKENDS!

Duties Include: Provides supportive services to nurse(s) and other staff as needed and performs duties as assigned. Assist resident with or performs activities of daily living for residents in accordance with care plans and established policies and procedures. Assist residents with lifting, turning, moving, positioning and transporting into and out of beds, chairs etc. Coordinates dining room services at assigned mealtimes, including set up and clean up, meal tray delivery, feeding assistance and documentation of meal intake. Qualifications Current CNA certification in Tennessee EOE
