JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide support to the sales team as a Technical Support Expert (SME).
Sales support may involve occasional travel to client site (10-20%) - minimal international travel may be required.
Development and integration of special processes and repair processes
Develop customized component repair solutions for clients and manufacture these products competitively

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

10+ years" experience, preferably in Aerospace
Aero/Land Turbine repair process knowledge
Shop experience in aircraft or power generation component repair facility
Special Process development experience
Turbine engine special process experience (braze, plasma spray or welding) gas turbine (will consider other gas turbine experience - siemens or GE Vernova)
Brazing, Plasma or Thermal Spray experience is highly preferred, however, candidates with extensive welding knowledge may be considered.
Experience working with SolidWorks (all the drawings are typically done by co-ops but this role may do final sign off on drawings.)
Engineering degree or equivalent or 10+ years of equivalent shop experience
Customer friendly, ability to listen and respond to customer needs (written and verbally)
Ability to manage multiple projects
Team oriented
