Salary: $60,000 - $100,000 per year

Job Details Key Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls; respond to emails and other communications
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference calls
- Prepare and proofread correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Maintain and organize electronic and physical filing systems
- Assist with billing, time entry, and invoicing support for the accounting team
- Order and manage office supplies and equipment
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Support event planning and internal team communications
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned to support team efficiency
You should have most of the following:
- Several years of experience in an administrative, receptionist, or office assistant role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
- High level of professionalism and discretion
- Prior experience in a professional services or accounting firm environment is a plus
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
