Pay Range:
Compensation is based on the level and requirements of the role. Salary within our ranges may also be determined by your education and experience as required by the role, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. Typically, new team members join at the minimum to mid salary range.
Salary: $16.00 - $19.30 DOE

Position Overview: Are you ready to play a vital role in the impactful work our clinical team does every day? We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to work directly with our Chief Clinical Officer (CCO). This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the success of our clinical staff and enhance the efficiency of our leadership team.
Key Responsibilities:
Meeting Coordination: You’ll take the lead in organizing, preparing, and executing various meetings including:
o Clinical Care Meetings (CCM)
o Directors' Meetings
o Monthly Psych Meetings
o Partner Advisory Board
o Consumer Advisory Board
Agenda & Minutes Creation: Develop meeting agendas, record detailed minutes, and ensure follow-up on action items as necessary.
Presentation Materials: Design and prepare presentation materials that are visually appealing, easy to follow, and impactful for stakeholders.
Operational Support: Coordinate logistics for meetings (location, environment, materials), update call trees, maintain the program guide, and assist with other projects as directed by the executive team.
Documentation & Systems: Maintain and update office systems. You’ll be responsible for compiling and summarizing data from records, emails, and meeting minutes when needed.
Team Support: Assist with scheduling meetings, managing office supplies, coordinating travel, and providing general administrative support for managers and clinical teams.
Skills & Qualifications:
o Effective Communication: You’ll need exceptional verbal and written communication skills to support the clinical team and interact with diverse stakeholders.
o Customer Service Excellence: Strong interpersonal skills to welcome, direct, and support visitors and clients.
o Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and related tools. Knowledge of GIMP, ticketing systems, and Electronic Health Records (EHR) will set you up for success in this role.
o Organizational Mastery: Ability to juggle multiple tasks, ensure attention to detail, and meet deadlines while working independently.
o Administrative Expertise: A solid understanding of clerical procedures, recordkeeping, filing systems, and office equipment maintenance.
Education and Experience:
o Education: Associate degree required, Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
o Experience: Three to five years of experience in an administrative role, preferably supporting clinical or executive teams.
