CUET Result 2025: After a short wait for all UG aspirants across the country who have given CUET, NTA released the CUET Result 2025 (UG) today. The educational (UG) aspiration of around 14 lakh students will be decided by the CUET scorecard 2025. Candidates who have appeared in the exam are advised to visit the official website of NTA and CUET to check their CUET (UG) 2025 result and download their CUET (UG) 2025 scorecard.
The Common University Entrance Test (CUET (UG) 2025) is going to be conducted in the month of May and June 2025. Without making the students wait for long, NTA has released the CUET Result 2025 today on the official website of CUET. CUET result is based on the final CUET answer key which was released by NTA on 12th July. Thereafter, all the participating universities are expected to release their respective cut-off list (admission/merit list) and counselling dates to admit students in various UG programmes.
CUET (UG) 2025 Results
The National Testing Agency has released the result of CUET (UG) 2025 today on the official website of CUET. Candidates can log in to their personal CUET dashboard with correct credentials [Application Number, (Date of Birth, or Password)] to check their results and download their CUET Scorecard.
How to check CUET results:
CUET result 2025 is a detailed scorecard, which contains all your subject-wise obtained marks and percentage along with many other important information for your UG admission. Login to view and download your CUET scorecard, make sure to take a printout of the same and keep it safe for future requirements. The detailed procedure to download your CUET (UG) 2025 result is listed below.
Steps to download the CUET UG results:
- Visit the official website of CUET.
- Click on the login at the bottom left corner of your screen.
- The next step is to fill in the credentials (Your Date of Birth and CUET application no).
- Once you enter your dashboard, click on “view result” and you will be able to see your results on the screen.
- Make sure to download the result/Scorecard and save it for future reference.
CUET (UG) 2025 scorecard details
CUET result is a short scorecard, which will contain various details and information like name of the candidate, roll number, percentile score, normalized score etc.

Universities will use the normalized score of the candidates for admission purposes. Please note, your CUTE scorecard will be the only gateway for admission in all participating universities.
CUET (UG) 2025 Answer Key
The provisional CUET (UG) 2025 answer key has been released by NTA. Students can check and challenge it till July 1 (11:30 PM). Students have to pay a non-refundable fee of Rs.200 per response (challenge). The last date to pay for the challenge is July 1 (11:50 PM). A team of subject matter experts will analyze and evaluate the answer key based on the challenges received. After successful evaluation by experts, a final answer key was released on July 3. NTA has now announced the CUET result on the basis of the final answer key prepared by the review committee.

CUET (UG) Cut-off 2025
Once the CUET result 2025 is declared, all the participating universities will declare their respective course-wise cut-off for admission/merit list. You must also satisfy the course-wise CUET cut-off marks declared by the respective colleges/universities and any other additional eligibility criteria decided by them. Depending on the admission capacity, many universities are expected to announce multiple cut-off lists. If you fail at the first chance, keep an eye on it.

DU Cut-off & Tiebreaker rule
Given the number of applicants and test takers, there is always a possibility that more than one student with the same CUET score may choose the same college and the same course. What will happen in such a situation and who will get the seat?
In an interesting move regarding UG admissions, Delhi University (DU) has announced a special tiebreaker rule to decide such matters. DU has announced that if the CUET scores of the students are equal, it will consider the class 12th marks of the student (best of 3, 4 and 5 respectively) and as the final criteria, the age of the candidate will be considered. The seat will be given to the older student. Although no other universities have confirmed this, several others are expected to do the same. This again brings the importance of class 12th results back into play. So, students have to keep in mind that apart from CUET (UG) 2025 result, they should also have equally good score in their board.
